The Cape Town International Convention Centre will host ‘The Hospitality Investment World Africa 2012’ conference from the 18th to the 21st of June. This conference will target hospitality and is pertinent to hotel owners, hotel managers, property investors, government and leaders in Tourism.
Hospitality in the African market will be a strong feature of this event and speakers will present papers and Power Point presentations with the purpose of providing operators and managers with ideas, strategies and solutions to capitalise on the many opportunities there are. Hospitality Investment World Africa 2012 is designed with the entire African sector in mind.
Conference delegates attending this conference will be afforded an ‘inside view’ to enable them to identify and create new platforms with up-to-date technologies linked to and purpose made for the hospitality industry. Focus will also be on service standards, in keeping with ratings of hotels and conference centres. South African hotels in particular have always upheld an exceptionally high standard of operation and with the best available technology, will have the opportunity of maintaining the standards set and therefore surpass or at least, equal many international destinations. Topics such as understanding new business methods and new revenue streams will form an integral part of the itinerary at this event.
Anyone in a position of management in the tourism/hospitality sector should attend this conference, which will give them valuable insights into the journey the industry can take in the future.
The hosting venue, The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is conveniently situated opposite the V&A Waterfront and opened for operation in June 2003.
